Wildlife pond design and installation

We've been offering pond installation services across Stockton-on-Tees for 12+ years. We'll work alongside you to give your garden the wildlife pond it deserves.

Attract the local wildlife to your grounds

Wildlife Gardening Services creates wildlife ponds to suit individual gardens or commercial spaces. A natural-looking wildlife pond can easily be blended into your surroundings to create a haven for wildlife; attracting frogs, toads, newts, dragonflies, damselflies, and a host of other aquatic insects. A wildlife pond can also provide a valuable bathing and drinking source for birds.

We've created ponds in gravelled front gardens, grassed rear gardens and even brick-paved gardens. They can be large or small. All the ponds created by our specialists are lined with a butyl-rubber liner, providing a lifetime guarantee. Wildlife Gardening Services can also manage your wildlife pond. This can include the removal of encroaching vegetation, separating and cutting back plants, and the removal of sludge/silt build-up. If you're interested in securing a pond maintenance service, please don't wait to get in touch with us.

Habitat creation across Teesside

We provide landscaping services with a fresh new twist. We aim to create a world within your garden where a variety of animals can thrive and create homes.

Wildflower meadows within your grounds

A wildflower meadow is a mixture of grasses and flowering plants, usually around 80% grasses and 20% flowers. Wildlife Gardening Services uses native British seeds, sourced from Emorsgate Seeds, to create our meadows. A wildflower area can be created in even the smallest garden or space and can provide a valuable habitat for birds, butterflies, moths, bees and many other insects. A wildflower area can be created next to your pond to provide a valuable protective habitat for emerging frogs, toads and newts. On a larger scale, a good-sized wildflower meadow can provide a habitat for small mammals which in turn can attract kestrels, owls and hawks.

We can also create wildflower areas consisting of cornfield annuals. These areas do not have the grass species of the meadows and contain only flowers - mainly poppies, corn cockles, corn chamomiles, cornflowers and corn marigolds. These areas tend to provide a fantastic show of colour in their first year, whereas the meadow areas tend to look better in their second year. Creating gardens that inspire

A large part of our habitat creation service is tree planting and orchard arrangement. Not only are trees a home for many creatures, they also add to the appeal of your garden or commercial space aesthetically.

Beautiful orchards

Wildlife Gardening Services can carry out tree planting on both a large and a small scale, from a few individual trees in a garden to a hedgerow planting scheme consisting of hundreds or even thousands of trees! Our landscaping team can also create orchards and mini-orchards depending on the size of the area. Quite simply, there's nothing more beautiful than a well-maintained orchard, bringing a traditionally English feel to your grounds.

A combined orchard and meadow area bursts with colour in the summer, providing not only an aesthetically-pleasing base to the orchard, but also a fantastic haven for wildlife. An area like this need only be mown once a year, although a path to the trees can be mown through the meadow if required.

If you think our landscaping specialists could add something to your current setup, please call us. Remember, we can help you whether you have a small residential space or you have acres of available land.
